Can I still get access to one of the Masterclasses?

Yes, you are still able to purchase recordings of any of our individual Masterclasses. These all come with the instructor’s supporting materials and all Microsoft Excel working files. You can browse the Masterclasses available here.

Can I still access the event platform?

Access to the live event platform is now closed. However, you can get lifetime access to all event content for a discount prices with one of our on-demand event recording packages.

How will I access the event content?

Where do I apply to be a speaker?

We’re always looking to collaborate with thought leaders who are willing to push the limits and shape the future of the Microsoft Excel industry. You can apply as an individual or you can proposed someone you know.

If we think there could be a good fit, a member of our team will be in touch with you. Speaker applications close on 15 June 2022, but if you’d like to be considered for future events, please feel free to submit your application for us to keep on record. Apply by filling out this form today.

Will next year's event take place virtually again?

We are continuously following the development of the COVID-19 pandemic. An in-person venue opportunity will be considered a little later this year. In the meantime, we can confirm that the event will certainly be available as an online experience. You would not need to travel to any specific location. You will be able to participate anywhere that you have Internet access. The event will be accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

Do you have specific dates for next year's event?

We have not confirmed the exact 2023 dates. However, the Global Excel Summit 2023 will take place at some point in February next year.

Where will the event be held?

This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can participate anywhere that you have Internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

How do I log in?

Your login details will be emailed to you ahead of the event. You can use these details to access the online event.

What time does the event start?

Our virtual doors will open at 09:00a.m. GMT (London, UK) timezone on 9 February 2021.

What timezone will the virtual conference be in?

The Global Excel Summit 2022 will be open 24 hours a day for all attendees on 9-11 February 2022. Although the platform will be open, all live sessions will take place in GMT (London, UK) timezone. Event replays will be available on-demand for all attendees.

Do I need to download or install any software?

No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet.

What is the name of the virtual platform you will be using to host this event?

Hopin is a premium virtual event venue with multiple interactive areas that are optimized for connecting and engaging users. Attendees can move in and out of rooms just like an in-person event. You can learn more by visiting their website: https://hopin.com/.

What ticket type is for me?

There are three types of tickets available – Student, Professional and Team.

Do you have one-day passes?

Unfortunately we do not offer one-day passes, all tickets are for the full three days. However, we do offer individual Masterclass tickets in case you want to take your Microsoft Excel skills to the next level. We have half-day, 2x half-day and one-day Masterclass sessions. Can I get a refund if I’m not able to attend?

Tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the beginning of the event. All purchases of online conference tickets are non-refundable in their entirety after the end of this period.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, no problem. You are free to re-assign your ticket up to 48 hours before the beginning of the event – just reply to your confirmation email which you would have received after your purchase and let us know the name / e-mail address of the person who will be taking your seat.

How many people can use the same login credentials?

The platform is designed to only allow one user per registration. You will not be able to share login credentials.
